Excellent software. Poor customer support.
Good product. Does what it is advertised to do. Priced OK. Still has a few bugs I hope they are working to clean up I would recommend.
Dear RB, thanks for your support for our program, we will constantly upgrade our program to meet your needs and upgrades for paid customers are lifetime free.
The editing feature doesn't work for me, specifically, the trim. It looks like I set video to trim 43 seconds in and clip of 30 seconds at end, but when I review file, the whole video is there, untrimmed.
Thanks for choosing our program. We have tested this feature strictly before release and this program is able to support Trim. Would you please contact our support team(support@winxdvd) with the detailed description for the problem you came across? One business day reply is guaranteed for all the emails.
I'm having the same problem. It always rips the full video and doesn't stop at the trim time I've set.
