The editing feature doesn't work for me, specifically, the trim. It looks like I set video to trim 43 seconds in and clip of 30 seconds at end, but when I review file, the whole video is there, untrimmed.

The preview window doesn't work for me, when ripping DVD folders (my source material is on a hard drive, and is a direct copy (in terms of file/folder structure), rather than an ISO or physical DVD).
Also, I'm only using the free version, not Platinum, but it doesn't seem to be multi-threaded (I found this page within the multithreaded.software. part of the site) - only one of the "four" CPUs (i5 2550k) is at 100%, the others are near idle. Not a big problem, but I can't help wondering how much quicker (currently around 300FPS) it could be.
Happy with it, just a couple of quick points I thought were worth raising.

WinX DVD Ripper Platinum works very stable on my Windows 7. The interface is very simple. I even do not need to check the user guide to rip and backup my DVD collections. But this dvd ripper is more suitable for the copy protected DVDs. It rips those DVDs in good way.
The preview windows does not work.

The preview window works here: you first need to "activate" your DVD drive by opening the DVD in VLC Media Player or in Windows Media Player.
